In-person or virtual services offered for care that meets your needs wherever you are in your journey.

In-Person Physical Therapy

Located in Denver, Colorado, at C3 Performance, I offer specialized orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy designed to address your functional limitations in a holistic manner. Perfect for individuals looking for hands-on treatment and guidance to address orthopedic or pelvic floor concerns for improved overall well-being.

Musculoskeletal Examination

Your musculoskeletal examination will include collecting an in-depth history of your current health history to guide an evaluation of your current orthopedic complaints. Based on hands-on testing and movement observation to discover what needs to be addressed, treatment will be initiated to help jump start healing and recovery. Treatment options may include manual techniques, dry needling, and targeted exercise prescription to suit your needs.

Pelvic Floor Examination

With your consent, an internal pelvic floor muscle examination may be performed to assess for any tension, strength, or coordination problems that may be contributing to your current limitations. Examination will also include collecting an in-depth history of your current health history to help guide the evaluation for a thorough and specific plan of care.

Dry Needling

With your consent, dry needling may be performed as a tool to aid in addressing trigger points, muscle imbalances, improve neuromuscular recruitment, and decrease pain or tension. Dry needling uses thin needles that go into muscle tissues to release inflammatory markers that can lead to excess tension.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy techniques are hands-on treatments used for a variety of outcomes such as improving soft tissue and/or joint mobility, and relieving tension or pain for improved tissue healing and body mechanics. These techniques can help target the root of your orthopedic and pelvic floor symptoms.
